Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Specific notice for health and care information handled by Netyyra.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
This notice is separate from the general Privacy Notice and applies only to consumer health data and other health-related information processed through Netyyra.
Netyyra does not sell consumer health data and does not use it for behavioral advertising or commercial profiling.
1. Categories of consumer health data
Netyyra may process the following categories only when entered or generated through requested features:
- medication information, recorded dosage, form, status and notes;
- appointments, visits, professionals or locations that may reveal health information;
- tasks, notes, updates and care information that may reveal physical or mental health status;
- relationship to the care recipient and consent/authority attestations;
- metadata strictly necessary to organize, secure and synchronize this information.
2. Sources
Health data comes mainly from the person creating or using the Care Circle and other authorized Circle members. Netyyra does not obtain medical records from hospitals or clinicians and does not automatically connect health or fitness devices unless a future feature clearly says so and obtains required permissions.
3. Purposes and use
We use consumer health data only to provide requested Care Circle features, make data available to authorized members according to role, organize tasks/appointments/medications/updates, protect service integrity, respond to rights requests and comply with legal or security obligations.
We do not use consumer health data for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar eligibility decisions, or to create advertising profiles.
5. Cross-site or cross-service collection
Netyyra does not authorize third parties to collect consumer health data inside the Care Circle over time and across websites or services for behavioral advertising. Marketing technology, if configured, remains limited to the public marketing site and separated from authenticated product areas.
6. Consent, representative authority and withdrawal
If the Circle is for you, Netyyra requires an explicit statement before Circle creation. If the Circle is for someone else, the user must confirm that they are authorized by the care recipient or otherwise have valid authority to represent them.
You can withdraw an applicable consent or request that collection/sharing stop by emailing info.nettyra@gmail.com or using available deletion features. Withdrawal may make some health-data-dependent features unavailable.
7. Access, correction, deletion and recipient list
You may ask us to confirm whether we process consumer health data about you, access it, correct it or delete it and, where applicable law provides, obtain information about third parties with whom it was shared.
Send requests to info.nettyra@gmail.com. We may verify identity and, if you act for another person, your authority. If a request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, we will tell you how to appeal.
8. Changes, security and contact
Before collecting new categories of consumer health data, using them for new purposes or sharing them with new categories of third parties beyond this notice, we will provide the required disclosures and obtain separate consent where required.
We use reasonable measures to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of consumer health data and will make incident notifications required by applicable law.
