Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. Eligibility

You must be an adult or have reached the minimum age required to enter a valid contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Netyyra is intended for family and caregiving use. Professional use by healthcare organizations or parties subject to specific regulated-health-record regimes may require additional agreements and is not authorized unless confirmed by us in writing.

3. Nature of the service

Netyyra helps organize tasks, appointments, medication information, expenses, updates and collaboration among Care Circle members. Information is entered by users and is not clinically validated by Netyyra.

Do not use Netyyra for emergencies, diagnoses, treatment decisions or as the sole source for medication doses, prescriptions or medical instructions.

4. Care recipient and authority

If you create a Care Circle for yourself, you provide the required consent for health-related data you choose to enter.

If you create a Care Circle for another person, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by that person or otherwise have valid authority to represent them and to enter and manage their care information. You are responsible for keeping that authority valid and stopping collection or sharing if the authority ends.

Netyyra may request reasonable information or evidence of authority where needed to comply with law, handle a data-subject request or prevent abuse.

5. Care Circle, roles and user content

The Circle owner controls invitations and roles. Members must use Circle data only for the care and coordination purposes for which access was granted.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license only to the extent needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide Netyyra.

Do not submit data you are not authorized to process, unlawful or misleading content, malware, material that infringes third-party rights, or data that is not reasonably necessary for the Care Circle purpose.

6. Plans, prices and renewal

Netyyra may offer free and paid plans. Price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and features are shown before purchase and become part of the contract for that subscription.

Netyyra Plus subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period until canceled. Price changes will be communicated in advance where required.

7. Cancellation, expiry and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time. After cancellation, the paid plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period.

No prorated refunds are provided for unused time unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase.

Canceling renewal is separate from statutory withdrawal rights. If your local law provides a cooling-off period, including a 14-day withdrawal right for certain European consumers, those rights remain available.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on external cloud, email and checkout providers and may also be subject to their terms, subject to mandatory consumer law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve or modify Netyyra, retire obsolete features or perform maintenance. We will seek to avoid materially reducing a paid service during its current paid period without a valid reason or a remedy required by law.

We may suspend an account for security reasons, abuse, material Terms violations or legal obligations.

10. Intellectual property

Netyyra, its brand, design, software and proprietary content remain owned by the provider or licensors. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service under the applicable conditions.

11. Liability

Netyyra does not guarantee the clinical accuracy of user-entered information and does not act as a healthcare professional. Users remain responsible for verifying medical information and instructions with appropriate professional sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, loss of access or content entered by other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where they habitually reside.

Consumers retain the courts and remedies required by mandatory applicable law. For business users, where permitted, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the provider's place of establishment.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for changes to the service, law or security. Material changes will be notified in advance where required.
